I had an exceptional experience with Shari Alexander. She was patient and very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. She experienced system issues yesterday whilst we wee on the phone. She kept her promise and phoned me back today. She explained well and put me at ease. She's definitely an asset to the company! Thanks again Shari for an awesome experience! 😊😊
