I had a serious problem after realizing that my premium is abnormally high with the company that I value so much.I've been with you for years and only realized now when I was shopping around for my second car that I've been paying a lot.Instead of leaving the company that I highly respect ,appreciate and recommend,I lodged a complain/dissasfaction coz I had cheaper Quotes with me. Shari Alexander,my best consultant ever,did a wonderful job.She managed to retain me,by negotiating with the boss,a job well done.I am now a very happy client with my favorite service provider that I have been with for so many years.
