I had a claim in July for a motorcycle

I had a claim in July for a motorcycle. Old mutual did an investigation which ****ed me of, however the investigation officer deemed the claim legit by 20th August. I've been dealing with the worse agent Brenton Dollie, he is always unavailable and always busy.. He never replies to emails and always ignores my communication. We now in October and the claim hasn't been paid. He ******* me first into giving in my Logbook and keys to old mutual, after that was done he then took another two weeks to tell me they need the vehicle then payment can be done. Which I've given the vehicle last week. He now states that he requested for a payment, which means it still has to be authorised. This is the worse company you could ever deal with.. I've been insured with outsurance in the past and never had an issue, just had to change because of premium prices. Guys rather insure with Miway, Momentum or Naked.com if you want great service and good results. Old mutual is terrible, I'm yet to cancel all my ex company staff pension funds that i took with them as I'm afraid of what could happen when it's time to claim. Last thing I need is for my ex boss to fight with me because of this terrible company.
