I had a claim for a lost phone but it was rejected
I had a claim for a lost phone but it was rejected. I contacted the complaints department on the 20th and their turnaround was 5 days, but on the 21st the claim was overturned and now I'm waiting for my new cellphone. Muhammed assisted me very fast and now I'm happy that all the misunderstanding is resolved.
