I contacted OLD MUTUAL to cancel my policy as I was unhappy with the conditions of my anniversary date. I was transferred to retentions and spoke to Thato K. I explained to him my disappointment with the high access and increase premium. He asked to be given a chance to better my premium and excess to keep my insurance with Old mutual as I was very happy initially with them. He took some time reviewed my policy and came back with a winning deal. I am happy to say I did not have to switch over service providers and kept my cover with old mutual.
