I called OM regarding a debit order which did not go off my bank account. The consultant noticed my name is incorrect on my policy. Before proceeding with my query, he updated all of my details. By doing this he saved me more than 10percent on my monthly premium. My premium did go off the same day. Plus I am being credited for the difference. Something I did not even expect during my call. Win win. Amazing service!
