I am Know client to old Mutual since inception of policy but found my premium of R1718 too much So I planned to move to another insurer and leave Old Mutual But they did not give up on me They took the initiative to review policy , was willing to match and improve on the offer I had received and tremendously reduce my premiums to R 955 , saving R 760 and with the same benefit , withdrawing nothing. That’s great service from Ms Vannesa Chauker and today Mr Ronnie was even more polite and reassuring , making me aware of benefits I did not even know I had.
