I am disappointed with the poor and unprofessional service I received. Communication was unclear, and my concerns were not handled with urgency. I had already informed Karabo that a roadside assistance provider was on the way, but she still booked a different one without my consent, causing confusion and inconvenience. Overall, the experience lacked proper communication and respect for my instructions. I hope this is addressed to improve service going forward.
