Horrific service - all to save money!

In December 2019, we had someone who reversed into our Ford Fiesta 1.6 TDCi with their Nissan 4x4 Bakkie. This person did proper damage to our vehicle, where both the right front door and right rear passenger door needs to be replaced. We did third party claim through Old Mutual Insurance.

The first problem was, they didn't want to approve claim as the vehicle was in my ****en name and not in my married name. The second problem was, they approved the highest of the two quotes and then told us that the rear passenger door can be replaced, even though the frame is completely damaged and they didn't send an assessor out to view the vehicle. They did all of this so they can save money!
