Horrible service on claim

<p>I've logged a claim with this comapny and the service I recieved thus far is the worst(oh, no I actually haven't received any service). My ceiling fell in in one of my rooms. Logged a claim and never even recieved a claim number on SMS or email. No one called me to confirm that the claim was logged. I had an assessor come for an assessment and no one has ever updated me on the status in a week. </p> <p> </p> <p>Just by me picking up the phone and calling Mutual & Federal, I managed to get my claim number and a Verushka lady who is supposed to be working on the claim. I have no idea what the status of my claim is as no one calls and I get no other communication whatsoever from these people.</p> <p> </p> <p>Would never recommend anyone to use this company!</p>
