Horrible Service from OMART insurance

Hi I cancelled my insurance with them in April after struggling to get into contact with them via email and telephone. Eventually after days of phoning and emailing I got a emailed proof stating it’s cancelled effective immediately means no cover is made for me and it’s NOT active and therefore I should not be billed. Nope they have been billing me since and refuse to give me my refund. After sending multiple emails and speaking to various agents they all have been giving my different information. A few stated I will be reimbursed for the incorrect billing and others stated the insurance is or was active during that time and therefore they can’t refund me. And continue to ask me to send unnecessary documents that they already have with them just to push this even further into the next month. Honestly they are a joke. And people should not go with them when wanting to insure there device.
