Horrible Customer Services

i have never in my entire life received such bad services as i am receiving from old mutual insure.

i had a car accident almost 3 months ago ( claiming from a 3rd party) the quote i received to fix my car was R12 000 some odd - old mutual, firstly gave me incorrect information with another person car, after i had to tell them 3 times that the quote isnt for my car, they only got my cars quote - they only want to pay R7000 some odd, who is supposed to pay the short fall, when they are not able to prove that both parties are in the wrong. they client bump me, how am i responisble - this has been queried since last year, i have been emailing calls back and fourth *** with not assistance - the managers dont care as not a call email or anything from them and they are on the emails ***;***

i will never take any busniness with this company - the bad service is on another lever
