Have been dealing with Delta from OM Insure, for the second time around, and must admit, this was one of the least painful experiences dealing with insurance providers. He is courteous, and understanding and really went out of his way to help me with my issue. If I can have him as my personal go to person at OM Insure, I would put him on speed dial. Well done Delta. I have never dealt with an insurance company with this high level of customer service. I am actually not frustrated after our telephone call! Which really says a lot. Keep up the good work.
