Had an Elite claim for a non motor claim (Claim number ***) and was assisted by a claims negotiator namely Tshepang Mache who was incredibly helpful and professional with the entire process. Not once did I call to follow up I was updated timeously with the claim, which made my job easy dealing with the client directly as I work for a broker. Keep up the good work‼️
