Guilty Person Caused Accident Vehicle Repaired

March 6th 2015 we travelled from Pongola on N2 to Piet Retief.I drove Corsa. +-15 km from Pongola a Toyota bakkie NPG 9404 did not stop at Shoba road D1864 stop sign (rural road next to N2) thus driving in to N2 road & hit my car on the left side.Driver of toyota Mr Siyaya tried drive away (hit and run) from the scene of the accident & stopped when the police turned up. Mr Siyaya claimed he did not see our oncoming car & admit in front of 2 policemen my daughter (passenger in my car)& in front of 2 other witnesses that he caused accident& that he would take full responsibility to repair our car. I HAVE ALL Mr Siyaya's details photo's of him taken on accident scene of his vehicle's damage photo's & quotations of my car's damage R30000-00. He did not pitch up at SM breakdown to pay for our towing costs R 400-00 & SM motors had me pay for it else they would have sell my vehicle to cover costs.Driver Toyota NPG 9404 negligence reckless driving caused us pain suffering&damage to my car which I can not afford to repair as I am not working..My car is my only means of transport, I had another engine placed in 3 years ago&it was in a good running condition
