Great work ethic
I have received excellent service from Lee Edwards re feedback he gives once a claim has been requested to be loaded on the OMI system.
The big win win situation here is that my claims can be paid to our clients timeously which for obvious reasons assists them financially as well.
Lee you prompt reaction to receiving my queries and settling them is remarkable and creates an fantastic work ethic. Thanks very much.

I however, need to retract my compliment and upgrade it to Excellent service we have just received from Lee Edwards and his team for the negotiation and processing of a large R1.3 Million claim. Many hours were spent by all putting this deal together. Once again Lee took the leadership and closed the deal for both parties to end up with a win win situation.
