Great Team Work and wonderful service

I would like to extend my appreciation to the Old Mutual Insure Team for their great service and great professionalism. After a rocky Start they made sure that my concerns and claim was dealt with in the most professional manner. I would like to thank Maritza Cornelius for insuring that my concern and complaint was handled and that i was assisted quickly and accurately, she was 100% friendly and understood and listened to me and made sure i was put at ease. Secondly Chentel Bowman she made sure that she put me first as i client and followed up with any concern and question that i had, she understood and knew how to handle me very well( Loved her ). Thirdly Mr Tshepo Kekane unfortunately i was a difficult person to get hold of as my day was very busy, yet i called him back and without hesitation he handled my claim with high professionalism and it was done fast and on point.

After it all I'm happy to say I'm in safe hands with Old Mutual Insure. Thank you OMI Team
