I received fantastic service from Ronelle Williams in my personal (household) claim. She kept me informed of the process via e-mail and also gave me a call from time to time to clarify requirements and update me on progress. The whole process from claim to payment took only a handful of days which exceeded my expectations, given that external assessors were involved and delayed the process slightly.
