I want to take this moment to share my experience about the service I received after logging a complaint regarding an unauthorized debit order with Old mutual Insure, Muhammed stepped in and took accountability in making sure that was query was resolved, he called me and listened to my query and went an extra mile to make sure I get refunded a full amount, it is people like Muhammed who give us hope in believing that good customer service really exist, keep it up "Mu" Old mutual is truly blessed to be having an employee like you, your efforts were noticed and you deserve a phat bonus!!!
