Funeral Policy not paid out

My grandmother had a life insurance policy with Mutual and Federal for 16 years for her and my grandfather. When my grandfather died they first said his name is not on the document. When we showed them the document proving his name is on it they said it was not their policy and we proved it was they refused to pay out the policy. They make false promises to people. Please be very careful when you want to have a funeral plan with them. Rather go to another place
