From bad to worst

I just want to know why is it so easy to open a policy by them but when you want to close it they ignore you bluntly. I decided yesterday i want to close my policy by them i never even received a response from anyone. My broker ignores me but wen it comes to applying then they fall over their feet to open a policy. Can someone please help me cancel my policy
