Failure to communicate

I am an internal customer of Mutual and federal,I was summoned to attend a hearing on the 01/02/2016.The manager for the department failed to update me about the outcome results of the hearing,immediately when he become aware off ,however he managed to disclose the information about hearing results to my colleagues on monday the 08/02/2016 without bordering to notify the person involved.He further made some comments that he is an expect in dismissing employees,any manager wishing to dismiss an employee must consult with him.I had to threaten him to take the matter to the media after a collegue of mine called and notify me that Ettienne was braking in the meeting on how he managed to dismiss me.I only receive confirmation or dismissal letter dated the 05/02/2016 on the 10/02/2016.His management skills is highly ***********,because he does not have the necessary qualifications and skills for the position he is holding.I can be contacted on *** my name is Sibo Malinga,recently dismisseemployee who was about to be ****** of the rights to refer the matter to CCMA within 30 days because Ettienne decided to withold the information from me.I am disappointed that MF has such manager
