Failing top deliver

Hello Peter, My name is L Makapela at Rustenburg. On th 31.11.2019 when I was on my way to work, my car was bumped by Jordaan Construction Car. They took the matter with their insurance company, which is old mutual car insurance. The insurance company never call or contact me up until I phoned them. They gave me the claim number and promised me that everything will be sorted within 45 working days. In January I called them again doing the follow up and after a lot of struggle to get them they said they have escalated the matter. They said it with the assessors and after 3days they send me email saying after 5 working days I will be contacted. In February I called them again and after some struggle of getting them the said after 15 working days and now it marks 3 months after the incident. My car has not fixed and no-one is saying anything and the guy who said everything was escalated is nowhere to be found.
