Extremely unhappy
Very,very disappointed with my claim handling and outcome.old Mutual finding excuses for rejecting claim. After heavy storms in December,roof sheeting blew away,old mutual says if roof was maintained it would not have happened. Can All roofs that are maintained,withstand heavy storms?? In my 60 years of existence,I have never seen any one removing all the roof cover and replacing plastic or timber. They are quick to sell you a policy without checking age of building .What is one paying premiums every month for and not getting help when needed??
