Extremely Bad Service

Accident happened in november 14 its march 15 still not resolve......a client of this company reversed into my parked vehicle.she logged a claim all docs was submitted, two weeks after the accident her car got fix and I'm still waiting!!!!Every time I phone its a different story, I have spoken to 4 different people and all they do is past the buck.They just don't care!!!!! when you try speak to a manager they not available, or they on leave....Im so sick of this..I mean November 2014 we are in march 15 ridiculous
