Excess overcharged
<p>I have a policy that states 10% excess or min R500 for windows and glass.... But when I put a claim through for my Caddy</p> <p>they want to charge me 25% excess. Try calling through to the call center with no luck, and I tried for 3 hours. What dismal service since Old mutual has taken over.</p> <p>I still cant get through to anyone from the claims division, and now I dont know what to do. Service is ridiculous</p>

Funny how I posted this on various social media platforms and all responses were :"we will look into it", and I am still waiting for someone to call, since your claims tel number doesnt work....it says "we are experiencing technical difficulties." and teh call gets cut off I cannot contact them and well...they not contacting me either.
