Exceptional Service by Lindiwe Madonsela

I called in earlier to get my premium reviewed and was told I would be called back. In my mind that was it, I thought I was never going to hear from anyone as it's a norm for call centre agents to never return calls. I was amazed when I got a call from Lindiwe Madonsela, she was so friendly, patient and she had a willing to assist attitude. I just want to thank her for being amazing and that she must continue. She is definitely an asset to Old Mutual Insure. It's because of people like her that one does not change insurances.
