I would like the commend the excellent customer service i received from Mutual & Federal after i've lodged a complaint with Hello Peter when my claim was not attended to by MTN SP for almost 4 months.<br> <br> After MF received my complaint, they contact me and the consultant by the name Nnyana ****tswa, a Consultant: Complaints General : Brand, Customer & Transformation who handled my complaint from day 1 until the end was very good, well mannered, i received everyday updates as to how far the process is with the service provider and often push the service provider to attend the complaint as quick as possible.<br> <br> I'm very happy my claim is now settled <br> <br> Continue doing this splendid service.<br> <br> Regards,<br> <br> Kagiso
