Excellent service.
I phoned the call centre and Spoke to Ronnie Matshisevhe, who gave me excellent service.
He resolved the query swiftly and was willing to do even more. Besides being willing and friendly, he is also very knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend Old Mutual to friends if this is the service they will receive.
