Ernestina Ramorula has been appointed on a couple of my OMI motor claims, and WOW, the service she gives is absolute brilliant, she is quick, efficient, professional and just a ray of sunshine, and I thought I would just extend a compliment her way.

It is good to know that she finds customer service as important as we do, she never fails to follow up on progress and even repairs, so we know exactly what is going on, on our clients claims, she makes it so easy for us. She is a superstar!!
