Empty promises and no action.

It seems that Yard Insurance Limited is part of Old Mutual. We have an insurance policy with them. A person from Old Mutual contacted my husband today, to ask what happened after we lodge a claim weeks ago and also had the assessor at our premises to attend to a report. . We had a couple of unforeseen incidents completely out of our control. Lodge claims, but nothing. We are spending additional money to make sure this does not happen again, break-ins, but none of our claims are being addressed and we still have to pay our premiums. Why do you have insurance? Steven Isaacs is the person that we need to work with, but he is no where to be seen, no replies to emails and also not available telephonically. He meet with me, made promises, not to be heard from ever again. We cannot continue like this. We need our claims paid.
