Dreadful service from Old Mutual Insure.

Not even one star! Since September I have been trying to claim against the damage caused by a burst Geyser. I have counted 14 emails I have sent with no reply or with the person at the other end saying they are out of office. I even had a request tor me to rate the non-existent service I had received! There are several phone numbers you can call and not ONE of them works. You click through the various commands and finally reach the right section and then- dead silence. Ive tried this four times.You can not speak to any living person. I am at my wits end.
