Don't use Old Mutual worst panel of service providers ever

The. Worst service ever. My sons car has been at the panel beater they referred us to Dent Doctor Randburg for going on 3 months for repairs. THEY QUOTED ME R8000 FOR ACCESS TO ONLY BE CHANGED TO R10 500 AFTER REPAIRS WAS DONE. THEY HAVE BEEN LISTENING TO THE VOICE RECORDINGS. NO ONE WILL ASSIST AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY CAR BACK. NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY THE EXTRA ACCESS AND THEY WILL REFUND ME ONCE IT'S RESOLVED ACCORDING TO THE BROKER. Likr that will happen. The worst experience ever. Worst panel beater ever. Don't insure your car with them.
