Don't trust Old Mutual Campaign's

I took part in the campaign where Old Mutual Insure promised to pay up to 15000 reward points if they could not beat my current insurance premium. I went through all the steps and hoops they sent to me and in the end they could not match my current premiums with FNB Insurance. This was done on the 3 of July and after phoning in multiple times and sending through my documents again, I still have not received the promised payout now more than 1 month later.

I feel like there is nothing else I can do as every time I phone in I just get the same promise that it has been escalated and that it will be paid.
