I am also an employee in the commercial short term insurance industry and one of our responsibilities when it comes to validating claims for commercial clients is previous insurance. This process becomes tedious at times as with different insurers, comes different ways to validate this information. I sent an email to Omnisure on Monday to confirm my clients info(Request Id : ***1) and after many calls to Omnisure a lady by the name of Marcia in the commercial space came to my rescue!
