Do not use old mutual insurance

I am extremely disappointed in old mutual insurance company , i had flood damage on the 30 November 2025 , a claim was submitted by the 4 November , i have had to keep on phoning to get feedback on the progress of my claim still to this day i am getting inpropper service from both the acessor and the complaints department , i would caution all people to do business with old mutual insurance ,they do not honour there inaurance agreements.look for other people to insure you , i have been a customer and paying insurance for 19 years with old mutual and am goi g to move all my insurances with them to another insurance company willing to adsist me when help is needed.
