Do not recommend insuring with Old Mutual.
I have been waiting for more than a month for my claim outcome. Unless i call 100 times or email, i do not get updated.
I also dont understand how a claim just to replace door locks takes more than a month. This has been the most stressful and time consuming claim.
I am very reasonable but I have reached out atleast 20 times with minimal feedback.
