DO NOT INSURE WITH OLD MUTUAL INSURE

I do not know how many times I need to complain and where else I need to do it. You are by far the worst insurance in the southern hemisphere.

How difficult is it to get through to your claims department to speak to your plumbing department to come fix a thermostat in a geyser? How simple is that request that you are unable to DO IT?

I have to call insistently yesterday and when I finally got help at 7pm in the evening. Mind you I had been calling in since 15.30 in the afternoon.

I was promised a call from the complaints manager and the head of the claims department but STILL NOTHING!

I have detailed records of the lack of feedback and I am utterly disgusted at your level of service as it is ces****l LOW!
