Dissatisfied client, my car is almost a year at the panelbeaters.

I was involved in an accident last year August and as writing this review my car is still at the panel beaters who tells me that old mutual insure are the ones delaying the parts delivery, till date my car is not done. It is a mazda3 2021 model red in color..pls intervene. How can a car be at the panelbeaters for almost the whole year what an inconvenience and it's winter for that matter my children have to wake up early in the cold morning but thier father is paying R7000 for the vehicle....this is unacceptable
