Dissapointed

The day the called me for the insurance nobody said that i need to specify my phones, the day came to claim and they are saying sorry because i did not specify any phones, while outside busy sorting out the wendy house my phone and bicycle got ****** and they do not qant to pay out because the bicycle was outside of the wendy WHILE i was sorting out the wendy. Glad you guys put back everything that you are sorting out in your garage everytime you go back inside to sort things out further.
