DISGUSTING SERVICE EVER and *********** STAFF!!!

I have been dealing with the lady by the name of Duellar. And am not getting any joy from her.

It has been almost 2 month now dealing with her telling me the same story.

I phone her 3 times a week and she is telling me that my claim is with the supervisor they need to take the decision. HOW LONG DOES THE SUPERVISOR NEED, TO TAKE THE DECISION??? STOP MESSING AROUND WITH ME.

OLD MUTUAL is a big organisation i was not expecting this pathetic service.
