Device Insurance
When they saying it takes 7 to 14 to Assess, they are lying. Its been over a months waiting for a device that I claimed over a month ago.
Their consults keep telling you the same thing that the claim is under review, as to what they are assessing that would take soo long without having access to a phone, beats me. How Telkom mixed uo with this company, beats me.
