Declining of Claim

i have a policy for my vehicle with old mutual and last year my vehicle was ****** in my house and later was found without the keys and the insurance just left me in the cold, now i had another claim for the rims that are cracked due to a potholes and once again my insurance is declining the claim saying that it happened overtime so its not a claim. My concern is that the rims are leaking air now it poses a great risk that can cause an accident that can cost more that this claim and the fact that will that claim be successful knowing that the rims are problematic and that will be their excuse again. Can hello peter help me with this insurance.
