Decline quote after complaint on HP

It seems like my M&F quotation was declined purely because I complained about M&F's bad service on Hello Peter. I requested a quotation through our Staff application (Nedbank Staff Insurance) and I was contacted within minutes by Trenisha who spent over an hour on the phone with me asking millions of questions. First of all, I never heard from Trenisha again, not a word. Second of all, the minute I lodged a complaint against Trinisha and Mutual & Federal on Hello Peter, my quotation suddenly gets declined due to \claims trend and history"(a mere 5 weeks later).
