Debit order on cancelled policy

Cancelled policy 23 December 2015 because first ever claim in 6 years took 2 months to be paid out. Received confirmation of cancellation via email but Debit order gets processed last night for the premium? Why why why? How pathetic is this company????? Just tried customer care *** to get my money back and was informed that the debit order list was already submitted to the bank when I cancelled (really? 23rd of the month?) and that it was reversed yesterday. Well the reversal did not happen and monies were *******ly taken out of my bank account when I timeously cancelled my policy. This constitutes to *****!!!!
