Covered but claim rejected

I am covered for landslip under the insurance but my claim was rejected due to the Assessor's report stating that the claim does not fall under landslip. This Assessor is not specialized to report on such specialized field. When enquiring from Mutual and Federal on the Assessor's credentials they only responded that they do not have any knowledge of the Assessor's qualification to report hereon.<br> <br> Even the Broker questioned their reasons for rejection. Mutual and Federal response was that I am more than welcome to refer this to the Ombudsman.<br> <br> I am a client of Mutual and Federal foR 13years. Is this the way they treat loyal clients?
