Being consistent is a mark of a great service delivery and a successful business attitude. Lee Edwards from the Payments and Banking departments continuously "over delights" me with his great attitude and overall work ethic. He is prepared to take over anyone's work in order to answer to a query. It is always a pleasure working with Lee. I look forward to interacting with Lee as I know my problem will be sorted out.
