Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Old Mutual Insure *Review:* So my experience today specifically relates to Rafieque Nana. She is very Professional, Friendly, Knowledgeable, provides Excellent customer service. Everytime I contact the Call centre I hope she is on the other end to take my call as I have had some terrible experiences with most of the agents @ the Call Centre and end up feeling very unhappy/dissatisfied at the end of the conversation with the agent because of the service they had provided. However my overall experience and service received from Rafieque Nana is absolutely Exceptional/Phenomenal. Suggestion: Use her to teach and train other call centre agents.
