Complaint to Old Mutual insurance company!!!!!

<p>I am a policy holder for Old Mutual who took a policy from Old Mutual (Greenlight) for my late mother. They paid for benefit one but didn't pay for benefit two and three reason be they said I didn't declare about my mother's health which I don't blame them because they saw all medical records of my mother when they paid for benefit one but I was so surprised because my mother reached her benefit waiting period for all these benefits only to find out that the consultants filled their questionnaire without my concern,and also these consultants said that my late mother went to a certain doctor which I didn't know of and nobody called me from the Head Office asking about my mother's health which I saw all this wrong information from the letter sent by Old Mutual declining payments for benefit two and three payments but what confused me was they said it's Old Mutual procedure to appoint any Doctor about a history of a patient which is TOTALLY not true. They even forged all signatures which due to all these things I decided to take the matter to my lawyer which they put my lawyer to PILLAR TO POST. I started this journey of my complaint as far as in January until now!!!!!No VALID response until now and what makes me sick is that these consultants got their commission in December and I didn't receive anything.They used me and am so disappointed with Old Mutual as it is the biggest old insurance company. PLEASE HELP TO SPREAD THIS.I NEED HELP URGENTLY. This is so frustrating!!!! Contact *** for any help I would highly appreciate that!!!</p>
