Complaint

I am receiving such appalling service from my insurance. I got highjacked 16 May 2019, my car got recovered by Netstar the very same day only this Wednesday (a whole 4 weeks later) was my car towed to a repair center only for the insurance to realize that it is not approved for my car. They then towed it to another repair center.

I really do not understand what is taking so long with them fixing my car and returning back to me.
